Processing time

Packages will be shipped between mon-wed as long as the order is placed BY 1PM WEDNESDAY. If placed after 1pm Wednesday, it will not go out until the following Monday. This is to ensure packages are delivered by Saturday.  Summer months are extremely hot and we do not want packages sitting on trucks during the weekend and have the possibility of melting. It is also your responsibility to keep track of the delivery as packages sitting out on the porch in the heat also can melt.  We do take measures to prevent this as much as possible but can only do so much if the package ends up sitting out on the porch in the heat all day. If at all possible if you live in a hot state it is recommended to have your package delivered to your work or to a friend/neighbor who you know will be home and can bring the package inside.

We are not responsible for any delays that may take place once your package has been accepted at the shipping facility as it is then out of my control.  We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages as again it is out of my control. If this happens you need to reach out to your local carrier.
